3. Immigration Advocacy –

    Collaborate with lawmakers to influence immigration policies and improve pathways for immigrants.

4. Knowledge Sharing & Education –

    Facilitate discussions and updates through dedicated WhatsApp groups to keep the community informed.

5. Membership Drive Support –

    Actively contribute to ATMIYA’s lifetime membership drive to strengthen the community.

6. EB-1 & EB-5 Green Card Sessions –

    Host informative sessions on EB-1 (extraordinary ability, outstanding professors/researchers, multinational managers) and EB-5 (investment-based) green card processes.

7. Mentorship Program for EB-1 Applicants –

    Establish a mentor-mentee program for executives and managers seeking EB-1 green cards.

8. Guidance for Students & Job Loss Cases –

    Offer free legal support and guidance to F-1 students and immigrants affected by job loss.

9. Fundraising & Sponsorships –

    Secure sponsors and donations to support ATMIYA’s initiatives and immigration services.

10. Building Knowledge Documents –

      Develop a structured repository of immigration resources, FAQs, guides, and case studies to assist future immigration seekers.

11. Integration with Atmiya User Portal –

      Incorporate knowledge documents, legal guidance, and mentorship programs into the Atmiya online portal for easy access and support.
